A: Item Number: The item number identifies the specific product you are currently viewing. You can use the number when you want to go back and search for the specific product.

Product Description: Contains specific information and contents associated with the product.

Size Chart: If available, a link may be located in the product description on the specific item that can help you determine which size will best fit you.

Product Reviews: Product reviews offer opinions from actual customers who have purchased the specific item in the past.

Q: Can I be notified when a product comes back in stock?

A: At this time we currently do not offer email notification for product availability. We are constantly receiving restock shipments online and in store, so we suggest you check back with us periodically. For estimated restocking dates on specific items, please email us at  support@mkm72.com

Q: How do I pre-order an item?

A: Some out of stock items are available for Pre-Order and are noted as such on the product detail page, along with their estimated in-stock date. Just add the product you want to pre-order to your cart and check out as usual. We will ship the item to you when the pre-order item becomes available. Your credit card will be charged when order is placed.

  • Orders may ship out before the estimated in-stock date if the product becomes available sooner than expected.
  • Expiration Date of the credit card used for the pre-order must be later than the estimated in-stock date of the item.
  • Pre-Order items cannot be added to existing orders.
  • Shipping charges will be based on shipping rates at the time the order is placed.
  • Your credit card will not be charged until the item is shipped. This may be prior to the estimated in-stock date if the product becomes available sooner than expected.
  • The Pre-Order option is only available on selected products on a first come first serve basis.
  • The Estimated In-Stock Date listed on the product detail page is only an approximate date and is not guaranteed. Products may occasionally become available later than the posted date due to unforeseen circumstances.
Q: Can my animatronic be used outdoors?

A: Most of our animatronics are recommended for indoor use only. Some do state that they can be used outdoors as long as it is set up in a covered space where it is not exposed to extreme temperatures, rain, or dew. If exposed to these elements the life and quality of your prop may be affected.

We recommend that you read the instructions for your prop carefully to find out if it is recommended by the manufacturer for outdoor use.

Q: Do all of your animatronics come with an adapter?

A: No. Some of our animatronics are battery operated only. Please read the product description page of the animatronic carefully and it will tell you whether or not the adapter is included.

Q: Do your costumes run big or small?

A: Most of our costumes run smaller than the standard clothing size. If you think that you are between two sizes we suggest selecting the bigger size. We also have a 14 day return policy, so if you are still unsure you can purchase both sizes to try on and return the size no longer needed for a refund.
